Brain Fog

My brain has been in a funk lately! A bit foggy and unfocused.

 

The thing is that I hurt my back about three weeks ago and I've been unable to do my daily workouts and its affecting my brain!

 

Latest brain research states that "exercise increases a key protein necessary for a healthy brain." 'As a matter of fact, this protein is like miracle grow for the brain'. "The study also showed that if you increased your heart rate by about 60-70 percent, you improve your brain's processing speed and cognitive flexibility". Stone

 

Bottom line: If you need to think clearly, if you need to be creative, you need to get your heart rate up. So today, I will go for a brisk walk and clear my mind.
