Today, take five minutes to just sit still and breathe.
Something beautiful happens in our brains and bodies when we do this!
The power of meditation and stillness is now being documented widely.
During the stillness, we get to hear from God, we get to think and dream, we get to give our brain(which is just a huge supercomputer) time to process, rewire, create new pathways towards healthier habits, and the brains clean up crew steps in to file all the stuff in the appropriate places.
So many great benefits from being still. That is why my favorite book tells me to “ BE still and know they I am God”.
