-start your day with truth. Every day I read from the Bible to get my marching orders for the day. The words ground me and give me the proper perspective for my day.

-get out and move. Walk, ride, run, exercise. The fresh air and the exercise release all kinds of feel-good hormones in your brain.

-try meditating. I love this app called to abide.

- hug your loved ones! This has the great hormone release too

-monitor your thinking. Your thoughts and feelings drive your actions and results. Stinkin thinkin produces stinkin results!
