Change defined is to"make or become different".
Change is hard.
Change is often slower than we desire.
The thing is this: if we are not changing; we are not growing. When we seek to avoid change, we might remain comfortable, but we are not becoming different.
As I look at the Christmas tree, I note that the minute it was disconnected from its source of nutrients, it was dead. It may look alive for a time, but eventually the death will show itself to be true.
Change and growth can only happen we we are connected to the life source. It shouldn't be feared, but desired.
Cling to your life source today. Find your rest in the source that is abundant, overflowing with goodness and which never runs dry. Christ is that source.
What areas of change have you been avoiding?
