My brain has been in a funk lately! A bit foggy and unfocused.
The thing is that I hurt my back about three weeks ago and I've been unable to do my daily workouts and its affecting my brain!

"The study also showed that if you increased your heart rate by about 60-70 percent, you improve your brain's processing speed and cognitive flexibility". Stone
Bottom line: If you need to think clearly, if you need to be creative, you need to get your heart rate up. So today, I will go for a brisk walk and clear my mind.
