I think we'd be lying if we said no to this question. I know personally, the feeling of anxiety is one of the indicator lights in my life that my schedule has creeped out of control.
For me, anxiety also comes when I've become a worrier instead of a warrior.

What is anxiety and what is the difference?
"Anxiety is an emotion characterized by feelings of tension, worried thoughts and physical changes like increased blood pressure. People with anxiety disorders usually have recurring intrusive thoughts or concerns. They may avoid certain situations out of worry." American Psychiatric Association.
🚦When one feels anxiety, it is because your amygdala has processed and interpreted some incoming sensory signals and has perceived them to be a threat! During this time, some stress hormones are released into your body (cortisol and norepinephrine).
🐘Your brain then calls upon the hippocampus, which encodes the signal and categorizes it as a memory or calls upon an old memory that it can connect with.
