What are you noticing about your spouse?
As we live with a spirit of "holy noticing"; or Christian mindfulness, one thing we are called to notice is those around us.
Sometimes, we get stuck in a rut with our spouses and walk by them as if they were furniture in our homes.
What if we practiced "holy noticing"?
What if we noticed and encouraged them when:
-they used great problem-solving abilities
-when they responded well and managed their emotions in a difficult circumstance.
-when they led the home in a spiritual, or values based discussion.
-when they go the extra mile
What if we began to "notice" the positive things that they do and thank them for being their best selves?
What other things could you notice about your relationships that you may be overlooking?
