Anxiety: it gets the best of all of us sometimes. But where does it come from?

Most of our anxiety comes from fear of the unknown. We are unsure of what's going to come next so we become anxious, as if that can help.

When I struggle with anxiety, I need to remind myself that I cannot control other people or circumstance. I can only control myself.

I need to ask myself what I can do in the moment to reduce my anxiety.

Is it a change of perspective that's in order?

Do I need exercise, sleep, or alone time?

Have I paused for a few deep breaths?
