Overdone?


I have a problem. Yup, sometimes I struggle with overdoing.

In wanting to provide value to others and situations, I sometimes want to include everything I know on a subject. It can keep me from moving forward because I'll never know everything on a subject. It can also keep me distracted from what's important.

This breakfast has value even without the overdone toast! It's loaded with healthy nutrients from the eggs (which is the main part of the breakfast). We don't need to run ourselves ragged cooking 10 other things to go with this breakfast. It is complete with the main ingredient.

The point is: we don't need to keep ourselves distracted by the other things. All we need to focus on is the main ingredient!
