Ever find yourself in the same monotonous rut in your life?

Yeah, me too!

💡What I discovered is that many of my feelings of monotony and stuckness began in this little six-inch space. This six-inch space is the difference between feeling stuck and living a full life!

💡This six-inch space is where your brain resides, in your head! 💡Now, just to be honest, we all have automatic negative thinking patterns that creep in and take over if we are not intentional about changing them.

💡 These thoughts may look different for you than they look for me, but discovering the patterns of thinking that are keeping you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, exhausted, or even bored is the first step to living the full life you were intended to live.

💡 I believe it was Albert Einstein, a GENIUS, who said, "insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result". This is so true.

💡 Sometimes we think the same thoughts over and over and expect different outcomes. It comes into play whether we are talking about moving to a new level in your career, sport, relationship, life, or even reaching your weight loss's the same stinkin' thinkin' that shows up over and over.

💡 The cool thing is, my training in Interpersonal Neurobiology (transformational neuro coach) has helped me to identify the patterns that continue to trip me up! Once we identify these patterns, we can develop new, more successful patterns as we change our brains, one thought at a time!

💡With these new patterns, we develop new habit, goals and learn to make new choices that move us forward and end the stuckness and monotony in your life. It's really pretty simple when you have a direct path to work on these changes. I've done it and so can you! I hope this encourages you to challenge that stinkin' thinkin'!
