Perfectionism drains

Perfectionism is a hard way of life! Actually, it's extremely draining!  Believe me!  I know from personal experience.

What if we choose to place our focus elsewhere?

Our brains like to focus on something intently.  It is the job of a special place in the brain to bring our attention to and find what we are looking for.

It's the whole reason for confirmation bias. Our brain is always searching to prove itself right.

What if instead of focusing on perfection (which really just repels others, is an impossible goal, and causes people to hide), we focused on really loving others well?

What could change for you and your relationships?
